About:

Ewen’s Room – Actively Improving Mental Wellbeing – Lochaber Based Charity.
Services on offer:

Free Counselling – “We have two counsellors; one is a young persons counsellor, and the other counsels everyone. We have an office where this takes place in Fort William”.

Open Doors is a community initiative bringing people together in a safe space. They can drink hot drinks and get something to eat and spend time with other people. There is no agenda and it is a confidential and safe space for people to chat about anything at all.

For young people. Our Education Officers provide mental health awareness lessons in schools called Wellbeing Heroes. The Wellbeing Champions programme provide training, awareness and support within schools, workplace and the community. Throughout both programmes, we give those participating the tools to actively improve their wellbeing and provide peer support by teaching resilience-building and self-regulation skills.

Services available to people of all ages, across the Lochaber area.
