Childhood Trauma & Adversity

Aims and Objectives:  

  • Provide an understanding of psychological trauma, what it is, how it impacts on wellbeing, and how we can all help children to recover.
  • Cover the knowledge elements of the first two levels of the National Trauma Training framework.

Duration:

Part 1 & Part 2 – 2.5 hours each session 

Audience: 

All staff, professionals, community groups working with children and young people and parents. This includes those working with families and in adult services.

Both online or face to face
