CrossReach Counselling Inverness offers individual counselling, face-to-face or online in the Highlands. We provide a Generic Service for adults aged 16+ as well as Perinatal Counselling for expectant parents or parents/partners with a child up to the age of 3.
We are a registered charity, and the service is donation-based. Ability to pay is not a barrier to accessing support, but we appreciate any amount you are able to give.
We have a team of volunteer counsellors who are either qualified or in training to provide a safe, confidential weekly appointment slot (M-Th) to talk about what is important to you. Sessions are usually 50 minutes.
