Gairloch, First Aid for Youth Mental Health Training

One day face to face training in First Aid for Youth Mental Health (scqf level 5), free of charge and open to those who want to learn more about supporting young people with their mental health. Including young people aged 14 years and over and adults.
This training will help you to learn new skills to support young people with supportive conversations & signpost them for further help.
