Time & Stress Management Training

Recognise signs and sources of stress professionally and personally and develop effective coping strategies including how to plan and prioritise workload.

By the end of the course delegates will:-

• Have greater insight into common “time robbers” and how to can tackle them.

• Understand the importance of prioritising and planning as tools to effective time management

• Understand the connection between the stress response and your own symptoms, thoughts, feelings and behaviours

• Recognise your habits of thinking and responding

• Have a range of coping strategies to choose from to tackle stress-related symptoms

• Learn new skills for problem-solving, goal-setting, prioritising, positive thinking and assertiveness
