If you are struggling with your mental wellbeing or have been affected by suicide, or are concerned about someone, or are having suicidal thoughts please come along.
There will be opportunities to share your experiences and find support within our community.
You are not alone, come and join us for a free cuppa and a blether. There will be information stands to find more about support available for all ages.
