DESCRIPTION:Samaritans are hosting a programme of webinars for the West Highlands & Skye – raising awareness of emotional health\, suicide\, self-harm\, how to seek and provide support\, as well as an introduction to listening skills. \nThere are five webinars in the series: \n\nEmotional health and wellbeing\nChallenging myths about suicide\nSelf-harm\nStaying resilient\nHow to listen\n\nEach session will include an introduction to Samaritans and then focus on a specific theme\, sharing ways to contact or signpost to Samaritans.
