DESCRIPTION:Taking time to enjoy your local outdoor green space could bring you huge health benefits – getting outdoors is good for your physical\, mental\, and social well-being. Regardless of age and ability\, there really is something for everyone\, including groups and organisations in your local area that can support you. \nYou may not be the “outside type” but we aren’t talking mountain climbing and adrenalin sports here\, we’re talking small steps to make a positive change.
