NHS Highland’s Health Information and Resources Service (HIRS)http://healthyhighlanders.co.uk/HPAC carries a range of leaflets . Anyone who lives or works within Highland can order these, or download them from the links on the HIRS site. Leaflets don’t have to be returned.
All you have to do is registerĀ on the web siteĀ then order any relevant titles.
