Enable participants to use active listening skills safely to support people in crisis

Duration:  

90 minutes

Audience: 

Predominantly intended for organisations (3rd sector, public sector & commercial sector staff & volunteers). However, if there was sufficient interest, delivery can be scheduled for members of the public too.

Nil for public & 3rd sectors. For commercial organisations, we ask for a donation
